Do I need my own trailer?
No. We rent 53′ dry van and reefer trailers to drivers who run with us — if you don't have a trailer yet, call and we'll get you matched up with a rental.
What happens if I break down on the road?
Call your dispatcher. We line up roadside help, stay on it until you're rolling again, and keep the broker and receiver updated while it's handled.
Can factoring help me get paid faster?
Yes. We help you get set up with factoring, so once a load is delivered, your invoice is factored and you get paid fast instead of waiting out the broker's payment terms.
What is the Wheelhouse loadboard?
It's our own loadboard, now in the works. Loads will be matched to each driver — equipment, lanes, and home time — and posted live. Claim the load that fits, and your dispatcher confirms it before anything is booked.
I'm a broker — can I post freight?
